Inside the city walls

This a view from the city walls of a typical older city centre residential street. Apartments, cars, trees, and at the end of the road a 12th century church, in this case St Margarets.

  1. I don't know why a photo like this tugs at my heart so much, but it does. I would love to walk this street.

    1. Know what you mean, took this for the elevated view of St Margarets, then realised it said a lot more leaving all the other elements in. Many opportunities to walk down streets like this in York Petrea.

    2. You seem to find them all for the camera, Deb. I'm saving my pennies. I can't imagine visiting England without some time in York, thanks to you.
