A rather typical modern York skyline at present with gathering storm clouds and hardly enough blue to make a sailor a pair of trousers, as the saying goes. Here's hoping for a sunny weekend.
Taking part in Skywatch Friday
I quite like this style of building, at least they are not boxes. Looking out of the window here the sky is just a heavy grey, no blue at all and looking back its just started chucking it down.
We are stuck in a major heat wave at the moment, going up to 36C today. We could use some rain!! Great photo and great expression - I had never heard it before!

I like the little bits of blue, peeking through the clouds. Just enough to give you hope of some sun in the future.
ReplyDeleteGreat photo of uncertain weather. Boom & Gary of the Vermilon River, Canada.
ReplyDelete36˚C here and humid as the tropics so that looks rather refreshing!
ReplyDeleteVery nice shot. I hope you get your sun.
